Waxing can cause mild discomfort, especially for first time clients. However, pain levels vary depending on sensitivity, cycle timing, and consistency. Our techniques, high quality wax, and calming environment are designed to minimize discomfort as much as possible.
Most clients report that each visit becomes easier over time. Numbing cream is not offered at this time.

Hair should be approximately the length of a grain of rice (¼ inch). Hair that is too short may not be removed effectively, while hair that is too long may increase discomfort.
If trimming is needed, it will be provided at your appointment.

Deposit Policy
A deposit and card on file is required to secure all appointments.
Appointments without a deposit on file will be automatically canceled by the system. Deposits apply toward your service total
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit
No shows will result in a charge of 20% of the scheduled service
Repeated cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings or banned from future bookings.
